I was worried at first about using babythings4u as I hadnt heard of them before, but I thought I would take a chance. They had the item I wanted at the lowest price and offered free next day delivery. I got a confirmation email straight away, I ordered on a sunday evening, on monday morning I got an email to say my item had been picked and packed, and another email saying i would get my item the next day, on the tuesday morning I got an email and a text to say it would be delivered between 8.51am and 9.51am so I didnt have to wait in all day as they give you a one hour time slot, and also they give you the tracking number and a link so you can keep an eye on your item. My Pram was delivered at 9.02 and was fantastic. My little girl is 6 months old and I only wish I had found this wedsite sooner, I will defo be using again and I have recommended it to all my friends at baby group.

Babythings4u were very helpful. The order was processed efficiently but was badly let down by the delivery courier. However, when the order failed to arrive, Babythings4u chased and chased the courier for us. They told me the courier issue is being resolved with a new courier being appointed.
