Could not be happier, the pushchair came with no bumper bar i emailed them, and i got a response quickly. I recieved the bumper bar with in the same week.
I found the whole purchase experience sooo easy! I had a couple of questions over the travel system I was looking at buying and made a quick phonecall to chat over options - the staff are incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable on the products they stock which helped my decision making! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them, and will definately be using them again!

Excellent. website was easy to use and received emails when produce was ordered, picked and dispatched. Order came the next day and i got a 2 hour time slot so that was great as it saved me waiting in all day. Nothing bad to say.
I saw this pram for sale in one of the large high street shops but found it on Babythings4u.co.uk for a lot less money. I had not heard of babythings4u but prefer to use smaller company's rather than large corparate giants. I ordered this pushchair on the monday and had it buy thursday complete with a free gift pack and an online discount! Fantastic fast service! Product was excelent and easy to assemble would reccommend and will buy from again!
Babythings4u delivered the pushchair the following day, everything included, but the raincover was ripped. They replaced this within a week (with a better one) once it was recieved by them from the manufacturer.

I was a bit nervous at first as I have never heard of this particular company before, however the staff I spoke to on the phone (which was answered very quickly) I found very helpful and knowledgeable.
The goods arrived within the timescale agreed and I was kept up to date through the automated system.
Would I use them again certainly. I bought the Graco Symbio Travel system which I am very pleased with.
Babythings4u were very helpful. The order was processed efficiently but was badly let down by the delivery courier. However, when the order failed to arrive, Babythings4u chased and chased the courier for us. They told me the courier issue is being resolved with a new courier being appointed. I will definately use Babythings4u again and recommend to friends.

I was unable to use my card over the internet therefore I had to Ring, the man I spoke to was very helpful and processed the payment for me, he also rung back to let me know everything had gone through.due to the snow my parcel was a bit delayed but i received emails everyday to let me what was going on. the highchair i bought was the cheapst that i have seen it sell for which comes in handy as i have everything else in that particular range and didn't want to pay over the odds. i have already and would again recommend this site. Great product range and excellent service.I had some issues with respect to payments (thanks to security settings introduced by my bank) and these issues were promptly sorted out by technical advisors at babythings4u.co.uk
Then I had some issues with delivery (thanks once again to DHL delivery guy) but these issues were also addressed well by babythings4.co.uk after sales team.
I would recommend babythings4u more than any other high-street retailer.

I e-mailed Babythings4u to ask if they would price-match it, which they did, plus refunded me 15% of the difference on top!

my experience with this website was excellent I had searched for weeks to find the perfect pushchair to suit my taste and couldn't find it anywhere. I decided to look online much to my dismay because I had never shopped online before, I didn't think it was safe. it was really easy to apply for my product and the service was great. I ordered my product over the christmas period and didn't think the time they gave would be true but when it arrived on time I was shocked the only thing I would say is the downfall of this company is that even though it takes only 5 days to arrive it is still to long to wait for something that you are so excited to get!
The web site was very user-friendly and offered extremely good value compared to other sellers. There was a problem with the carrier losing the item in transit but a phone call to Babythings4u soon sorted it out! Exceptional service.

My shopping experience was overall goo. It was simple and straightforward to order on line and the goods arrived quickly. My only gripe was the £7.99 delivery charge - a bit on the steep side for what I ordered.
The item was as described and the transaction went well, however the delivery service of DHL was terrible and an absolute nightmare! After 3 attempts and allot of telephone calls, lies from DHL and complaints to them, I eventually got my item. If I purchase from this supplier again I would request a different carrier!!
The homepage and webshop was clear and direct and afforded number of items in stock of each product. The stock level proved correct since we ordered the last one but there was no delay in the sending of the product due to wrong stock information which often happen on other webshops. We had the product delivered three days after we ordered it which included a sunday. Very good and comes highly recommended by me.
