The phil & teds explorer buggy is ideal for 1 or 2 children with the added double seat. it adapts to take 2 children from a single newborn right through to 2 toddlers, it's essentially a double-decker with one child riding behind the other, but is barely bigger than a single buggy, incredibly light and easy to manoeuvre.
