The Maxi Cosi Opal is a group 0+ / 1 car seat, suitable from birth to 3.5 years!

The Maxi Cosi Opal is long lasting and great value as it takes your baby right through from birth to 3.5 years.

The Opals ingenious design provides extra leg room and height adjustability, meaning your child can travel rearward facing for longer. Then when your child is ready, the car seat turns to face forward using the same belting route as it did for rearward facing.

The two position, one-click base with the Opal, makes it easy to switch from rearward to forward facing. The Opal seat is padded and spacious, and has a 5-point padded safety harness. The seat cover is removable and washable, and also comes with a support pillow for younger babies. The seat has 5 reclining positions in forward facing mode, and easily adjustable harness and headrest for maximum comfort.
