About

The B-Smart Pushchair is available in a sporty 3 wheel or Urban 4 wheel option. The B-Smart is strong and sturdy, and would suit parents looking for a modern pushchair (not a stroller), it is light weight and compact for its type. Its compact fold size means it fits easily into most car boots. The B-Smart converts easily from a pram to a pushchair and is suitable from birth.

The seat unit is large and comfortable for baby. The B-Smart has a multi position seat unit to allow you to adjust to your babies comfort. The B-Smart also allows your baby to lay completely flat, without the need for a separate carry cot. Lying flat from birth is the healthiest way to transport your baby especially in the first six months. Your child will be safe and secure in their seat with the B-Smarts five point safety harness with padded shoulder straps.

Britax have designed the B-Smart to have a removable seat unit, that can be used rearward facing, with your child looking towards you (it is important for babies to have eye contact with their parents), and then converts to forward facing when your child is a bit older. The adjustable calf support allows you to adjust it as your child grows, so they can always be in absolute comfort.

B-Smart has a single soft grip handle bar, making it easier to manoeuvre than a twin handled pushchair. The handle height is adjustable, which means taller or shorter parents won’t find it uncomfortable.

The large detachable hood on the B-Smart is shower proof and has a handy viewing window...great for keeping a close eye on your little one!

Ease of Use

The Britax B-Smart offers a smooth ride and great manoeuvrability for parents with its all around suspensions, and front lockable swivel wheels. When the wheels are in ‘locked’ mode, the B-Smart pushes with ease over rougher terrain such as; grass, sand, gravel and cobblestones. When in ‘swivel’ mode the B-Smart manoeuvres effortlessly around the town. Parents needn’t worry when they are out and about, as the B-smart has puncture resistant tyres! Quick release wheels, means they are easy to take off to make the B-Smart more compact, or for when they need to be cleaned.

The B-Smart does not come with a raincover included, but it is available to purchase separately. A spacious shopping basket is a must have, and the B-Smart doesn’t disappoint. It has a generous shopping basket, allowing you to fit bits of shopping or items you might need for baby. A handy item that is also included with your B-Smart is a detachable apron. The apron fits over the B-Smart and makes it into a pram when it is in lay flat mode. It acts as a weather protector, keeping your baby snug and cosy.

Travel System

The B-Smart is available as a full travel system package. It makes the perfect travel system when used with the Britax Baby Safe Plus SHR car seat, Isofix Base, and carrycot or Baby safe sleeper. The B-Smarts ‘Click & Go’ technology (integrated adapters), means the car seat and baby safe sleeper will click directly on and off the frame of the pushchair (hassle free!).

The Baby Safe sleeper is a complete lay flat system that can be used in the car or with the B-Smart pushchair. Its energy absorbing interior offers the newborn child complete body protection and when installed in a car with the handle in an upright position the roll cage feature provides a protective zone around the baby.
