About

The Britax B – Dual is a modern and stylish in-line tandem pushchair, which offers flexible and versatile travel options for two children from birth to toddler. The B – Dual easily converts from a pram to a pushchair, with a lay-flat position (the healthiest way to transport your newborn baby.

The B – Dual Pushchair is not a small tandem pushchair, it is very strong and sturdy, meaning that it is a bit on the bulky side. The B – Dual is simple to fold, and can be folded with both seat units attached, and has an automatic fold lock. It is not what you would call compact when folded, it is still quite bulky and needs a large car boot!...keep in mind that it is a pushchair for 2 children.

Ease of Use

The main seat unit is nice and spacious and comfortably padded for your baby. The seat has a multi position recline and full lay-flat option. B – Dual also has a five point safety harness, with padded chest straps and an adjustable calf support. The main seat can be rearward or forward facing, giving you the option of eye contact with your baby.

The second seat unit to create the tandem buggy, is available to purchase separately (with some packages it is included). The second seat unit is also very comfortable for baby or for an older toddler. It come complete with its own hood and safety harness, and is fully removable.

The B–Duals in-built suspension makes for a smooth and comfortable ride for your children. The lockable swivel front wheels mean that you can adjust te wheels to suit the terrain. When the wheels are in ‘locked’ mode, the B – Dual will push easily over rougher ground such as, grass, gravel or cobblestones. When in ‘Swivel’ mode the B – Dual glides and manoeuvres with the greatest of ease around the town. The Quick release wheels enable you to remove then with ease, either for cleaning or simply to make the pushchair more compact.

The Single soft grip handle bar is height adjustable, making the pushchair comfortable to push for taller or shorter parents. As a rule of thumb, single handle bars make it easier to push and manouver the pushchair than twin handled...and you can use just one hand!

A raincover is available for the B –Dual, but it is sold separately. The B – Dual does come with a detachable foot apron, large shopping basket and detachable shower proof hood. The hood also acts as a shade for your little one in the summer, and has a handy viewing window to keep an eye on your little one.

Travel System

The B – Dual works wonderfully as a complete travel system, when you combine it with the Britax Baby Safe, Baby Safe Plus or Baby safe plus SHR car seats, or Baby safe sleeper.

The B – Dual as what s called a ‘CLICK & GO’ intergrated adapters feature, which means that the car seat and baby safe sleeper can click on and off the chassis of the pushchair with no messing about.
