Damaged or Faulty Items

All products purchased from Babythings4u are covered by a 6 months guarantee.
We recommend that you keep all packaging from your purchase for the full guarantee period.
If your goods need to be returned for any reason, they must be either in their oiginal packaging - or boxed in a suitable sized box.

My Items have arrived damaged!

Any items damaged in transit will be either be collected and replaced free of charge or a replacement part sent out.

If your item has arrived damaged please contact Babythings4u. Stating your Order Reference, Item name & details of the item damage.

If theres a fault Within 6 months of Recieving your Item

If you've had the item for up to 6 months following the date of receipt, we'll repair the item or, if that's not possible, give you a replacement or, if that's not possible, a refund. No collection fee is charged.

You item must be boxed otherwise a £25.00 repackaging and administration fee will be applied.

If your item is lightweight you may be asked to return the item by post. If this is the case, you will be refunded the postage for second class return.

If theres a fault after 6 months of Recieving your Item

We can obtain a quote from the manufacturer for repair of the item on your behalf, normal carriage costs (£15.00 per box mainland UK, £25.00 per box Highlands / Northern Ireland) apply for collection and re-delivery, a £25.00 administration charge also applies.
